<p>Pablo Tseng (BSc, 2007, MSc, 2009 ) is a Vancouver-based McMillan LLP associate who advises on intellectual property law. Pablo’s primary practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to the chemical, biological and mechanical fields, providing advice on patent-related issues including patentability, validity, infringement and freedom-to-operate, and providing strategic counselling on patent portfolio management.</p>
